This 3-story luxury residence project involved interior design, landscape design, furniture design, and construction. The original home was approximately 5,500 sq ft and we added an additional 675 sq ft with a dining room and 3rd-floor expansion.
The design concept of the house emphasized the open space feel and focused on the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding hillside with city lights. Simple, clean lines yet sophisticated design details and materials were used to underline the program requirement and represented the lifestyle of the owners.
This approx. 2,000 square foot organic coffee retail concept is the latest store for the Lost Bean & Vine brand located at the prominent and newly remodeled Woodbridge Village Shopping Center in Irvine.
The design of this unique and contemporary restaurant was inspired by the open–stage concept of the previous iconic The Renegade Theater–NoHo, a historic building built in 1908.
The design theme highlights Cotti Foods’ multi-brand modern restaurant concepts incorporated under one umbrella. With an emphasis on relaxed work areas, communal and interactive gathering areas the use of clean, simple, and warm materials creates a comfortable yet dynamic work environment to boost health and productivity.
The interior design focused on the modern European coffee concept with emphasis on intimate and relaxed neighborhood community gathering places. We used warm and simple yet sophisticated details, materials, and finishes.
The design concept reflected the fusion of contemporary Asian design with Southern California’s relaxed beach lifestyle and casual dining experience. The use of simple and colorful finishes and materials were a layer of design expression connecting different parts and the overall theme.
The atmosphere was inspired by layers of warm and cozy design elements with simple and honest materials. Chess Park Tavern is a contemporary American cuisine restaurant & bar located at the center of Glendale Downton district.
